I´m writing to complain about a problem I took with a movil phone
I bought in Mediamarkt Málaga last Monday.
I was looking for a telephone with an important discount
because I didn´t have much money.
When I arrived to the shop, I asked a seller if they had any
offer and he told me, they had one telephone without box but it worked very well
so I bought it.
On Tuesday, when I turned on the telephone it didn´t work!
I went to the shop and the seller told me that it wasn´t his problem
because
I had broken the phone!
Furthermore, I was shocked because I could give back the phone,
it had only one day!
That is completely unacceptable!
Until I had that problem, I had always associated with
Mediamarkt with a serious company.
It is very sad that this problema has happened and I would be
grateful if you could change my phone because it doesn´t work.
